Welcome to the Orange Hunt Estates real estate web site! I’m Roy, your neighbor and “The Neighborhood Specialist!”

I’ve been a REALTOR for 16 years but my family and I didn’t move to Orange Hunt Estates until the end of 2004. We moved from the Kingstowne area and we instantly felt at home here. We started participating in community events and school functions. My wife, Stephanie volunteered to organize the Fun Fair at Sangster Elementary School and I helped out as much as I could. She so enjoyed it that she left her other job and became a 4′th grade teacher at Sangster where our kids attend school. She really enjoys walking to work even though half the time she’s carrying so much stuff she has to take the car.

I like our community so much that I decided to make it my focus for 2010. I have and will continue to list, market and sell homes and help buyers as a buyers agent, all over Northern Virginia and Maryland. I’m very comfortable with that and I’ve been doing it for a very long time. For 2010 I’ve made a firm decision that I want to specialize in the neighborhood in which I live. My sign riders, my business cards and this, my main web site, will all be Orange Hunt specific.

Whenever I can, I like to do business with other people in the Orange Hunt community like Todd with Todd Lalich and Associates for carpeting/flooring and Steve Yanovich with House Spouse for home repair, licensed contractor Peter Scott with KPS Enterprises and others (to be named later).

I am anxious to list, market and sell homes in our community. I am so interested in getting my foot in the door, so to speak that I’m going to offer something special to the first several residents of the Orange Hunt community who end up listing with me. I will happily share my offer with you at your convenience.
