Open Houses

Open Houses are listed here and are as accurate as the agents input. When we (real estate agents) hold open houses, we enter them into the MLS system towards the end of the week. If you check at the beginning of the week you’ll see just a few but that number will grow as the week goes on. I would say that all real estate agents put their open houses in the MLS, it would be foolish not to. The moment they are entered, you can access them here.

Additionally from the “Search For Homes” link above, when looking for homes for sale, those homes that are scheduled to be held open will be identified as such. If you desire other areas that aren’t listed under the “Open Houses” link above, just ask. It would be my pleasure to accomodate your wishes.

All open houses are listed on this site, regardless of broker. If you’ve driven by a listed home and want to know when it will be held open next just contact me and I’ll find out for you with no committment from you.

VERY IMPORTANT!!! - It is completely in your best interest and mine for you to contact me prior to going into open houses on your own. For me the reason is obvious… I will earn a living by helping you as your buyers agent. For you, the reasons are numerous. When you visit open houses you are required to sign in. If you visit 20 open houses over time, you will have 20 agents following up with you trying to woo you. If you decide to make an offer on one of the homes you visited, you will not be represented and at that point it’s usually too late to involve a buyer agent to represent you and your best interests. If you contact me first, we can discuss some of the many benefits you will realize by using me (or another career REALTOR) as your buyer agent.

• You may use me as the “sign in” contact or I can register you at the open house ahead of time or better yet, visit several opens with you to learn more about what you’re looking for
• If you end up liking a house, my knowledge and expertise will benefit you tremendously by finding out the homes “true value” in todays market
• If you decide to write an offer, my assistance will be critical in helping you negotiate the best possible price and terms
• There can be dozens of details to attend to and I am a detail oriented freak… I don’t let ANYTHING slip through the cracks (knock on wood)
